Tu ne peux pas apprécier un modem par superficie couverte. Je suppose que tu parle de wifi. Cette superficie dépende de la configuration physique de chaque demeure (murs, distances, interferences, reflexions, etc). Bonjour. Après le restart complet, surveille le DEL de connexion. Si encore "non connecté", vérifie le doux bouts de câble coaxial de connexion par débrancher et rebrancher. Sinon, contacte Fizz pour demander l'aide.

Bonjour. Premierement, j'aurai restarter le modem (débranche pour 10-20 secondes puis rebranche au courent, si déjà faite, vérifie le câble coaxial (deconnect et reconnect) dans le modem et dans le mur, possiblement un mauvaise contact, ou le câble est défectueux. Sinon, contact Fizz pour plus de debug.

Hi. I understand that you've tried all kind of fixes. I don't know if you have tried, but I suggest another one: try to do a manual payment after each modification, till one will work. Erase, add, check etc. If old date is retained, possible after a payment with another card, the old date will be forgotten.

John, sometimes their system reach an error and then retry the card. You are not the first one, but they refund all the amount, sometimes is automatically after few days, sometimes you have to contact Fizz, and they will refund faster.
