@Pierre Olivier - The question was about to receive SMS through email (web) not to send out. But if Fizz doesn't have a specific SMS gateway to convert email to SMS... maybe in the very next future.

Sending pictures from a mobile device registered in Romania using Whatsup was not working 3 hours ago, but sending messages was OK. Issue is on Whatsup end.
