As I mentioned in another thread, I also have no cellular network service in NDG (Montreal). My friend in Outremont does. This seems weirdly specific. Airplane mode toggle and rebooting have not helped.

It's down for me, too (NDG). Has been since at least 7:30AM. My friend who is on Fizz in Outremont says it's up for him.
