Hi Olic, Appreciate your quick reply. I am on wifi, and already tried all those steps as I’ve been on that troubleshooting link but still having issues the past 3 days. It disconnects and then connects in about an hour i have a feeling there’s some kind of issue in my area, and was wondering if someone can look into this…

Thanks for the help everybody. FYI, they were not able to track my order in their system (even though it clearly appeared in my plans, with an account ID, and the appointment date was clearlt scheduled, and they saw the transaction made into my credit card) They said they will credit me, erase the plan from my account and…
