Where are you located? You will need to check the Coverage map (https://fizz.ca/en/coverage) for more information but Fizz is a Vidéotron brand and operates in the province of Quebec and in Ottawa (which borders the province). There is no promised LTE coverage outside of those areas in the coverage map.
