I know my time slot, I'm the one who took the appointment... I'm asking those questions specifically in regards of that. I've been up since 6AM just to wait for the tech so I'll very disappointed if he does not show up for this appointment that I've been waiting for a long time.

So how can I track the tech and how will I know that he's there for my appointment? I live an in apartment like a lot of people so I'm worried that I'll miss the appointment. Can someone please help me? Is there any way I can speak with someone that can help me?

I do need to worry! It's the first time that I use your services and there's absolutely no way to talk to an an agent. It's panicking. I waited for a very long time for this appointment and don't want to miss it. So how is the tech suppose to contact me to tell me he's here? That's what I don't get. To they knock? Are they…
