No, only data that have in your plan is counted as gifted

No, unfortunately not, but you get points for gifting badges after 1,5,10, and 25 gifts.

As you keep using your data in the month, it'll decrease then however much you have left at the end of the month will rollover.

No there are instructions on the packaging around the SIM card that tells you when to put it in.

If you click on My Plans then go to manage plans in the green bubble. Then there should be a title saying manage and your coverage region will be in the description on the right-hand side.
