So yeah, I tried to connect it but the lights were just blinking and I got no connection. Guess I will have to call FIZZ and ask them to setup things for us! But I really appreciate all the comments and replies! :D

Hi Guys, So, I have the cable connection inside the room where I work - without a cable attached to it. Is it just a matter of getting the modem up here, plugging it into the wall, and all done?
