Answered --> moving to Rogers/Chatr. BTW, I paid extra for the USA add-on. The voice worked but data NEVER worked. Now is the time to let friends and family know that ABF (Anything But Fizz) is the better option.

Please help me CANCEL my Fizz account. Fizz data roaming DOES NOT WORK outside of Ottawa. Help??? there is no "?" on the Solution Hub page. I want to CANCEL my Fizz account and get a real wireless carrier that provides reliable data roaming.
