The same case for me as well. I am 100% sure that Ottawa downtown is under FIZZ own coverage but my cell always show FIZZ EXT. Hope their next patch could fix it. I heard you could not keep stay in FIZZ EXT for long time, otherwise FIZZ might kick you out?

Thank you guys for your quick replies. I googled the specs for my cell and compared with FIZZ spec, it matched perfectly. So will keep finger crossed with next week fix.

My phone worked well yesterday, but all of sudden had no network connection again this morning around 7:40am at Ottawa downtown. Is that only me or anyone else suffering the same? Not AGAIN, FIZZ

I can call and send SMS, surf the web, can't receive SMS; one weird thing is my SMS was received by others, but my side still saying message not sent.

My service did not come back as on now either, very disappointed! Reconsiderating my port out decision...
