The same case for me as well. I am 100% sure that Ottawa downtown is under FIZZ own coverage but my cell always show FIZZ EXT. Hope their next patch could fix it. I heard you could not keep stay in FIZZ EXT for long time, otherwise FIZZ might kick you out?

Thank you guys for your quick replies. I googled the specs for my cell and compared with FIZZ spec, it matched perfectly. So will keep finger crossed with next week fix.

I can call and send SMS, surf the web, can't receive SMS; one weird thing is my SMS was received by others, but my side still saying message not sent.
