Modem are not bind to the cable network cell where their activated not like illico (their have a modem inside) so you can get the modem working as soon as you get it and is activated. Then when you move it will still work as long as the cable signal at the new place is good and the account pay and active the adress change…

limite avec la mac adress du modem au travaille je peux faire un diagnostic et aussi voir si c'est un tech de ma compagnie qui es passer. si c'est un tech avec qui je travail je vais avoir plus d'info ... en vrais je vais voir s'il a dit vrais et fais un référé réseaux se qui veux dire que le problème est dans le postaux
