Mais à sa défense, sur mobile il n'y a pas de cadrage à l'endroit pour inscrire le code de référence, donc l'emplacement semble inexistant et il faut cliquer "dans le vide". Sur ordinateur il y a une case alors c'est évident qu'il faut l'inscrire à cet endroit.

Personnellement sur mobile, je ne me sens pas contraint de confirmer mon choix...j'ignore la bannière et le site est toujours dans la bonne langue. Le format de l'écran fait que l'espace pris par la bannière est négligible. Mais si ça pouvait disparaître ce serait mieux!

Et même les forfaits Fizz s'améliore à chaque mois presque. QC+5go a passé de 35$ à 33$ sur les 6 dernier mois. Avec K**d* ça ne faisait qu'augmenter à chaque année...

@uzedia In West Palm Beach/Delray/Riviera last December/January I was on the AT&T network and it worked perfectly for 3 weeks. Not once did I notice being on T-Mobile... It seems to be really hit-and-miss...

Just had a chat with CS. They cannot tell me why and since I'm back in Quebec, there is no way to investigate my issue. A co-worker on Fizz that was with me was able to receive call but not make them. Sms worked for both of us though.

Not complaining, just sharing the situation I went through. There are so many disclaimers by Fizz that the service in USA is so-so, I did not escalated this with CS. I just asked my co-worker for is mobile and made the call.

Having money in my wallet worked one day and didn't worked the next day on my last trip. Was asked to purchase an add-on. Not that big on an issue when you have people on other carrier traveling with you...

Something weird happened to me last week. I was in Vegas two weeks ago and had to call someone in Quebec. I had 3.90$ in my wallet, I made the call and it worked as intended. Then the next day I tried to call again someone else in Quebec and an automated message told me that my plan did not allowed me to complete the call…

When I receive a call on my mobile, for a split second before ringing/buzzing, the phone app notifies me that my call is a forwarded call. I made a new account for a family member this afternoon and the space to enter the referral code is just before where you enter your credit card informations. It's easy to miss (go figure why) since it's just text that reads something like "no referral code" that you need to click on and I don't think it's even in a box.…

En ce qui a trait à l'adresse exacte, j'ai toujours utilisé l'adresse que la page web de Fizz suggère automatiquement lorsque suffisamment de détails sont inscrit. J'ai créé un nouveau compte pour un membre de ma famille cet après-midi de cette façon et pas de problème de paiement...

Il suffit d'être un minimum débrouillard et être capable de faire une recherche internet pour résoudre la grande majorité des situations problématiques. Sinon, la communication avec les membres du forums semble être très facile. Bienvenu dans le groupe!

The same thing supposedly happened to my wife yesterday when she registered. She said there was nowhere to input the code while creating her plan. I did not believe her, but seing there is another complaint makes me wonder... ...maybe...maybe she was right... In the end, I should have done it myself
