doesnt work

so i've reset it, and i'm logged in, shall i log out and try to log back in?

actually i do recall, the last time i tried to reset, i instantly used the link that was last sent

i've reset it a few times, i most likely used the wrong link. should i try again then? Could it be related to the wifi app for my phone in anyway? i downloaded the wifi app to my phone, it's presently logged in, but i have no idea on which password.
