Is this iPhone, if yes, you need upgrade firmware to 12.1 . If it's Android, you need make sure you have data in your plan. Fizz need data to send/receive MMS .

I just got other line last night. I bought 1G data this time. It doesn't work neither. It's iphone SE. From research I did online, it looks like I need upgrade firmware to IOS 12.1 . Will do it tonight and update here. If you're using iphone, try to upgrade firmware and see if it works.

Contact form is clueless, the worst. FB messenger has all history there, but took 24 hours to respond. Chat bubble should be fastest but it need a lot of time to let it show up

VoIP such as fongo has no account number, no imei neither.

I removed my voice mail upgrade and want use that spot for 200m data upgrade I get from level 4. It will need next billing cycle to be removed. I will know I can add new upgrade in next billing cycle.
