Yes, it used the same spectrum from my understanding. Also when you leave out of the network, Fizz will connect to the services from other providers so you always have connection.

Fizz is already heavily discounted and there was initial discount prices when Fizz had started. You do profit from the continuous referral program. Currently they brought it up to 35$! Usually the referral price is 25$
