  • I think the chat only works on the computer, not on my phone. I had to do a hot-spot to get internet to connect my laptop and access the chat. Is there a phone number I can contact someone at? I'm not sure the connexion is gonna last

  • It's not letting me click on chat, I can only access the forum or FAQ. I also already sent a message through messenger but it says it's not in real time so no way of knowing when I'm go a get an answer.
