I had same issue, with all data lost. Sent a message to Fizz, and less than an hour later the account shows my data back to normal. From other people's comments, looks like a generalized short term failure of the account reporting.

Your only option is to obtain more points so you can open another slot.

Had a SIM card missing from my packet. After contacting Fizz, ordered another one, and they then refunded me. Go ahead and contact Fizz.

Best bet is to state your situation to Fizz directly. We are users here. Contact Fizz as mentioned in previous posts .... I have had great luck with Facebook Messenger.

Interesting feature, but in the end it is a business and competitive decisions for Fizz. Should Fizz compete in that area? How much market share would they gain? Maybe at some point. I don't think you will get an answer from Fizz.

No price match with Fizz. They do adjust their prices and rewards based on market conditions. Community is great.

Wow, over 3 months, and you are looking for a refund now... Fizz will ask you to buy another SIM card, and then reimburse you for that one. You need to contact Fizz.first. We are just users here.

They will each have their own plan. If you both have data though, you can gift data from one plan to the other. You can choose to have one account with two plans, or two separate accounts. Your choice. Use my code if you need a referal code: IDUOO

Talk to Fizz and see what they can offer for alternatives. You might have to transfer you phone number to another provider for a few months, then come back to Fizz again. You might lose the price/plan you had though.

Fizz customer service were able to refund me for multiple payments of SIM cards. It took about a week or so, but they can initiate the request, so they should be able to do the same about your payments. You will need to send them a snapshot of your credit card online statement. Did they ask you for that?

kk may have a reasonable alternative by porting your number to prepaid service of Bell, then port it again to the corporate division. CRTC after that if they refuse. See if you can find out why first though, but hearing of what other people having issues with Bell customer service, that might be quite a fishing expedition.…
