Do call your number and verify what happens. If it was your number to begin with, and you ported it, then I don't see how your incoming calls end up somewhere else. If they are not mis-dialling, then you should contact Fizz for an explanation.
-
No way to reach them by phone ... kind of ironic, no? Facebook Messenger seems to work well.
-
I also came across poor voice quality. Ended up being my friend on a different network, and using a crappy headset to boot. Try different calls. Try calling different numbers and see what you get. I use some 800 numbers for testing whether their automated system comes our clear.

Other than the advice given above, you might want to try contacting Fizz and see if you can ADD a feature without them changing your pre-October plan price. I would think it is worth a shot.
-
Yes indeed, if you have no money in your wallet, then you will not be charged additionally for the addons.
-
First check that you are phone is not acting as a hotspot. Also disable application updates which are automatic and done over LTE. Having said that, the amount of daily data is quite unusual, and contacting Fizz directly would be a good idea.
-
That's just the way it works for the internet side of the business. It is normal, do not worry about the extra day.
-
As mentioned above, only Fizz can help you on this. Contact them.

Contacte Fizz. Moi j'utilise Messenger. Ca fonctionne tre bien pour moi.
-
I did not see any badges when I donated my perk either.
-
I don't believe they offer the free voice mailbox anymore. I was looking forward to it too.
-
If you swapped phones, your new S9 may be locked to a carrier. Try another phone if that is the case.
-
Check that the app updates are only done when you are on wifi, or better yet, allow only manual app updates.
-
Got it! LOVE Fizz :-)
-
I really like the Fizz mentality. Altruistic company for sure.
-
Wow, that is quite the destination.
-
Sorry, but that is the Fizz business plan. It keeps costs down, and they are actually quite good with the messaging support. Try them.
-
Looks to be a Fizz network issue. Contact them ... I have used Messenger successfully, and state what you have already done.
-
No Amex. If your only card is Amex, you should look into getting another Visa or MC anyway.
-
I like the USA roaming. If you are a frequent USA visitor, it make it quite convenient to have voice, text and data available to you. I used to have a PAYGO USA phone, but I had to carry two devices. Swapping SIMS is not that attractive either, especially you still pay substantially for such a PAYGO service. Go Fizz!
-
Sounds like you have exhausted your self-help possibilities. Contact Fizz and tell them what you have done already.
-
Time to make some new friends :-) You just need somebody in Quebec province, or Ottawa region really for Fizz to be able to send you the SIM. They can then re-mail it by forwarding it to your PO box. You need to have a little more patience ... this is a forum after all. Glad you got it resolved. Enjoy your Fizz service.
-
Hope it is available soon. Nice feature.
-
Ceci est un cas tres important, et j'espere que Fizz va faire quel'que chose a ce sujet.
-
Looking forward to trying my US data soon.
-
It is an issue on the receiving telecom or PBX/VOIP provider. Not much you or Fizz can do about it until those companies update their info.
-
Sorry it is not working out for you. You will need to contact Fizz. I have had good luck contacting them on Messenger.
-
Keep at it, and be patient.
-
Great news. Enjoy your Fizz phone service.
-
I'm good. Thanks for offering though.
