I know this thread is three days old at this point, but i also can't receive text messages. If anybody found a magic trick to solve this please show yourself. I'm desperate now.

Thanks for the link, i will try support tomorrow. And i know a PUK is different, i need this to unlock my SIM because apparently my PIN was wrong. And so this brings back the fact that i can't get my PUK, and that if i don't want this to happen again i would most likely need my unlock PIN, which i still don't know where to…

I was asked the SIM unlock network PIN. Couldn't find any info on where i was supposed to find it, its not written anywhere. I tried my Unlock Code from my previous provider but it didnt work for some reason. Still, thanks for the tip but it doesn't tell me why i can't access my PUK, which should be easily accessible.
