Good Morning, FIZZ is refusing to replace the modem as this is not a constant issue. The firmware updates are to be blamed for it, per FIZZ tech> Checked again all pugs and everything is super OK. Trying to get tech looking into the issue for the last 2 hours - no answers. Learned a good lesson, never to accept any used equipment. Thank you for your help.

It turns off intermittently. There’s no any AC drops on the line. Plugged the tester and it keeps AC steady line - tech support doesn’t answer. Modem was replaced 2 months ago for a used one by FIZZ, as the first had communication issues - I guess the second died too.
