You should find a field in checkout when you see the amount of your plan where you can enter a referral code.

This happened to my friend. Try refreshing the page, and if that doesn't work then try logging out and back in. If this still does not work then try a different browser and maybe clearing up your cache, hope this helps out!

Nothing has been said really about calling over wifi. Hopefully, they implement this feature, but I would guess that if they are planning to add this then COVID-19 may have delayed this implementation.
