I had a terrible experience too. I tried to transfer to Bell as well they couldn't so I went to videotron and took forever to transfer it. I see that Fizz lowered their mobile price plans today however I'm waiting to see if they are lowering their home internet prices on the 29th for Black Friday so I can switch from my current service provider to Fizz.
