Hello,
I am expecting an issue with eSIM installation. THe QR code from the "Install eSIM" page directs me to "Add thist to a new mobile network" (Please see the screenshot attached). When I click on it, it only shows other devices such as Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Watch, etc...bu no phone is available. (See the attached screenshots)
Due to this issue, I am unable to complete the eSIM installation and transfer my number to Fizz. I would appreciate your assistance in this at your earliest!
