Hello, I am not able to use my mobile data despite having data. I am getting "Sign In to Network". I have logged a ticket but no feedback since 5 days. The different tests I have done are:
1. Try the sim card into another phone and experienced the same issue.
2. Use another fizz sim card (Another phone number with a plan) onto my phone and mobile data works.
3. I have bought a new fizz sim card and has done the sim swap but experiencing same issue.
Can someone advise any solutions that can work? Thank you.0July 29
