I contacted CS to open ticket.After 1 day my service back to normal.Fizz Team does not explain me what cause the problem.

Good choice.I have been waiting 1 hr and 20 minutes for answer from " customer service"and NO answer.My phone is working only one way-making calls.For me is not acceptably.

I newer port phone number.I opened my phone line about 2 months ago.Line is been working fine except 2 lock out my account for unknown reason.

This happened to me twice last month.No explanation from fizz.But mobile and internet works well-no complains.

I have home internet for two weeks now.Speed is 68 Mb down and 11 Mb up any time of day.Very stable.I'm living in Montreal.
