we are users like you on this community group did you cancel your account if yes you will need to create a new account if you can reactivate your account and the modem fee will be reimbursed if you ever get charged on the modem then you will need to contact support and they will adjust the fees for you

I am having the same issue an it is already a week they've been telling me they are working on it. I just spoke to support and they said they know of the issue and their are still working on it.

at the moment fizz does not offer this option it was a special price with a condition that you do not change anything on the plan the price will stay the same.

it takes two month before you get the referral credit they send you a text confirming that it was released

it is a prepaid service so they need a credit card so they can charge the month in advance. there is no other option.

yes I would think that fizz would e the best option since you do not pay for installation service and you can cancel anytime. for returning the modem they will send you a return label to drop it by mail

A Quebec plan mean you can only use your phone in the province of Quebec and call the province of Quebec. you can use free phone aps that let you call anywhere in canada for free using you phone data

Verify with the actual charge on your credit card it could just be an error of display but you where charged the correct amount. otherwise contact support so they can fix it

you can go into you network setting and manually choose fizz or fizz ext it will probably fix your issue

also you need to know that with Fizz you will not get extra charges what ever you add to you plan with pay as you go or addon this is the maximum you will pay no suprises

If the 25$ referral does not show up on you list of referrals then your friend must of entered the referral incorrectly when he signed up.

yes the technician will install in your house a coax connection it is included in the free installation the VIP is only regarding the modem installation which you do not need it is very simple to setup

The self installation is only the modem it is preprogrammed so you just need to plug it so don't bother getting the vip. You download the app and you can control all the setting on it.
