Also you only have 3 upgrade slots, 2 of which are locked, I'm not sure when the next slot gets unlocked, so you can only add 1 of your upgrades until the next slot gets unlocked.

after it tries to send the sms code, there's a button under the input field that says "having trouble logging in?" and then gives me the choice to login with security questions. I was able to get in. for twitter, the mobile app which I was already logged in, has a built-in code generator that also worked for me.

I believe it's a non-issue, it's your account information, if you logout, there's no information in the console, once you log in, they query the database to get your info and display it on the page.

I've had similar issues on an iPhone 6s, speed tests are fine, but certain apps like telegram, seem to be lagging or not work for a while. it doesn't happen frequently so I just ignored it. how often does this happen?

I can only get it to work on safari, for data it shows fine for total and daily, for talk it only shows total used, and for daily usage it says 0 your out of data. @Ann what a terrible response from them, did they ever get back to you?

Here's a sample of the travel add-on section inside the account management. you search the destination, once you select it, then it will show you the add-on rates. either a block of service or pay-as-you-go.

you can manually update your Carrier Settings. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone and go to General > About. If there is an update available and you are connected to the Internet, there will be a prompt for you to update the Carrier Settings. I’m on a 6s carrier shows “Fizz 35.0”

There’s an option in your account interface plans > manage > unblock sim It gives you the option to reveal a code to unlock your sim. Hope it works

I was with Telus pay-as-you-go, and transferred over, all traces of my account were gone, they won't refund any balance you had in the account. I did call them to unlock my phone, and they were able to see I was a customer, and unlocked it no problem.
