I'll be getting an old iPhnoe 5 after x'mas, would be nice if I can have the option to use it on Fizz. Per specs on web, i5 can only be upgraded to iOS 10.3.3. If anyone come across work around of i5 on Fizz, I'd appreciate the link, thanks in advance!

Following is the complete answer: 1. Use IMEI# of your current Freedom phone, enter "*#06#" on your phone, then hit return/enter , OR 2. Copy Account# from Freedom bill, then paste in Chrome(right click paste, as Ctrl V doesn't work). Hope this help and Merry Christmas to all!!!

Thanks @Pat D., so each of the data Upgrade when applied, last 90 days?! My "welcome" perk from Fizz has a 90days countdown from the 1st day I joined Fizz. Whenever I apply that, how many days can I expect? Thanks in advance!

Sorry for my mistake! Someone on Reddit and other(s) here did receive email notice for Referral Bonus, but no mentioning of where the money went. Look at the links on the right panel of this page, people on this Forum who received notice(s) and posted relate question(s).

Thanks for sharing info! U've specified that it's Referral Bonus for when your friend paid 2nd bill, how about yours? I mean - if u signed up with Fizz with a Referral Code, u must have paid for your own 2nd bill, any email/notice on your own Referral Bonus?

Thanks for the update, unfortunately it appears that only CS can help u on your case, file the Contact Form in My Profile on Fizz.ca I deleted my payment method with an active plan about a month ago, there was no error message.

Agree with @Mohammad, file a Contact Form and wait. I trust Fizz will be fair, but then would they be able to fix your problem before your next billing cycle. Especially with all the issues that pop up now.

All above answers are correct! Somewhere(FAQ?), Fizz did mention they will work on porting-in # on existing SIM, won't be soon, nor near future.

- Whenever reply is long OR complex (underline/bold/etc.), it will go to moderator for checking. - Fizz Plan without SMS DOES include incoming SMS, $0. Outgoing will take $0.05 from your Wallet.

Agree with @M H. and @Kent T. When u make change to your plan, ideally before Dec. 19, it will only take effect for your next billing cycle. In the meantime, u can add unlimited SMS for $3. If u go this route, would u be kind enough to return here and let us know if SMS expiry is END of current OR next Billing Cycle.…

Before last Friday system down (again), I was going to refer a friend or 2 few days before Dec.19. Now, I can't. I have no problem with Fizz, appreciate the special $, especially the $23.46+T for 1GBdata-voice-sms, or $14.46+T for unlimited calls. However, most of my friends will not bother if service is unrelaible.

Besides the Friday problem, my data connection has always been OK, not sure about the speed though. My data only plan on MotoE 2nd Gen worked on Videotron APN (previously), also Fizz.

LOL, @ Mohammad S. u r right!! That's why I never bother CS for quite a few little things . . . . . . I feel sorry for CS to have to handling so much, and no, I doubt if they really know much more than us. Beta/Launch/Beta, someone suggested that we r still in Alpha :-)

I've just "paid" 2nd month yesterday, there is an ~receipt in Transaction History, no date, no time, no authorization. NO referral bonus and $0 in Wallet . . . . . . ? ? ?

So I've just reached Level 3, free Voice Mail as expected. Following are what I've got: Perk: 100 MB when 1st joined Level 1 upgrade: 100MB Level 2 upgrade: 500MB Level 3 upgrade: Voice Mail Level 4 ?? (others said 200MB) I received many badges, but no additional PERK . . . . kudo gals/guys, kudo . . . . .

Today is the 1st day of my new month, everything looks perfect, including rollover data. Even went up a Level during outage. I do find today's bill under Transaction History, but NO date/time/authorization# inside. Payment charged or not charged? May be I will be the next auto-unsubscribed ^ ^
