I don't think anyone has an answer for that, not even customer support, I have 4g and I don't really care much about LTE but they should compensate all their users since they are not providing a full service..

@ModemOutlet You can't do that anymore, the minimum you can gift now is 500mb and only between users that have data in their plan.

My plans --> Manage plan --> Make change this plan --> Change your plan If this option is not available to you that means your plan is not fully active, wait a day or 2 and it should be available.

Fizz is owned by Quebecor who owns Videotron, I think they are very serious and want this to work to compete more with other providers.. Bell - Virgin Rogers - Fido Telus - Koodo Videotron - Fizz

One of the loopholes is selecting your friend as the best answer over and over to gain 50 points each time.. not many are aware of that and doing it so you are fine

This is happening because the transfer still hasn't fully completed, you can make the change when you receive an email from fizz saying that your plan is now live, it should happen in a day or two max, after you can make changes, also when you make changes to your plan it will only take effect on your next billing cycle.
