  • It seems like you have a faulty modem. My friend had one, contacted Fizz and they had a technician come and replace it. Ever since then, it's been smooth sailing. There have been several bad units reported here in the past. Good luck !

  • Does that mean you already configured your APN settings ? Some people reported similar issues and it could either be APN settings or compatibility settings with Fizz network. Does SMS work on both ends ? How about swapping SIM cards with a family member. Will you then be able to receive MMS after the swap ?
