Keep the stabilization prices. Especially for the active members here, we are basically their customer service representation.

If you post here semi-regularly, I find that you can get 100 pts a day without too much trouble because of how generous people are here at giving out kudos. So if you start now, you can easily get to 4500 pts and 2 free upgrades within 6 weeks pretty easily.
-
That is correct, when you choose a best answer the thread automatically closes. I personally don't agree with it, the user should be able to reward someone with a best answer while still having the option of keeping the thread open.
-
@Fizzy, I think that's it. I was trying to post in English in the "Êtes-vous hésitant à rejoindre Fizz?" thread that was made on the English board here and got that message. So it looks like if the language you're posting in doesn't correspond to the language the thread was started in, you'll get that message.

Everything is fine here on my end, was fine earlier in downtown too. Seems like it could be a YP (Your Problem) rather than FP (Fizz Problem). You should get in touch with Fizz support anyway if just simple troubleshooting didn't fix the issue.
-
My dude, you can't just make a thread asking a bogus question to promote your referral code. Also, there's a French version of the board, click on the black FR circle that's beside the Logout button on top right.
-
You can select this as best answer twice and I'll let you know :p
-
When you consider that 1500 pts gets you $2 rebate and a 500mb upgrade, its already pretty generous of Fizz to be allowing members to give out 100 pts a day (20 likes x 5 pts each).
-
Too high when you consider Fizz has none to very little customer support.
-
It depends on when you signed up. If you did it before mid-April of this year you get to keep your price unless you change your plan. If you signed up after mid-April then you get to keep your discounted stabilization price until "early 2020"
-
Just reached level 2 yesterday. I can't fathom reaching level 10 like some of you have lol.
-
If anyone else has access to your mailbox, you could have someone just send you the activation code number that will come with the sim and you could theoretically sign up for the plan tomorrow without physically having the sim card on you.
-
Your 2nd slot unlocks when you accumulate 4500 total points (i.e level 3). Then you can combine the two upgrades.
-
Yes you absolutely need the sim, more specifically the activation code that's written on the sim. Your best bet is hoping that you receive your sim tomorrow and then you can activate it anytime before midnight to take advantage of the stabilization price. When you do activate your sim, make sure to use a referral code to…

You need the plan to have the upgrade applied to it. For example, you may notice you also have a $1 rebate under your internet upgrades. Well, if you don't have internet with Fizz, that is useless. Similarly, if you have data upgrades but no data with your Fizz plan, then it is useless as well.
-
Should be an "extra" few months. Still a lot of kinks left to work out.
-
Leila, don't forget that Fizz stabilization period price ends today. Is that something you brought up when you chatted with them? Try to negotiate into them giving you the discounted rates even if you activate your plan after today because of what happened with the sim card. Don't forget to use a referral code also when…

Im unfortunately low on data but I'm sure some of the fine folks here will be able to gift you some to tide you over. As for you not being allowed to add data add on, sounds like a bug or could have something to do with the stabilization period ending this week. Perhaps you can first try it again with a different browser…

There's no way to choose different style fonts other than basic bold and italics but you could play around with different text sizes. Switch format to HTML then change the formatting. Examples: Paragraph Address Heading 1 Heading 2 Heading 3 etc...

Lost or undelivered Sim cards seem to be a common problem for a lot of folks here. As you said, what Fizz usually does is ask you to order another one and once you get that they'll refund you for the first one that got lost. Very few people if any have successfully got refunded for their lost Sim without ordering a second…
-
Clearly not judging by the problems that keep popping up for the community members here.
-
What? This is news to me. I only have two 250mb upgrades, no sign of 500mb anywhere.

Because giving out an exact date allows the customer to plan ahead if they're considering switching when the price increases. This way, they're keeping us in limbo and making us think that maybe just maybe, we'll get to keep our price. Saying your price will change on 01/31/2020 is a lot more definitive and negatively…

If you ported your number to Fizz when you had first activated your Sim then the process will be very similar. When you activate your other provider's Sim, you'll choose the port my number option and provide information such as your current account number with Fizz. Once that's done hen your subscription with Fizz will…
-
They should really extend the stabilization period until the end of the year and work out every little bug. When people are paying a full price and their service isn't up to par, Fizz's reputation will take a major hit and it'll be very damaging in the long run.
-
If you have Quebec coverage then you're good for Laval/Montreal as they're part of Quebec.
-
You'll need to directly contact Fizz for this one: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us https://facebook.com/fizzca If 3rd time is indeed the charm and you receive your SIM card and go on to activate it, make sure to use a referral code to get $25 off in one of your future bills. Here's mine that you're welcome to use: YA4ZW

It will arrive on Tuesday at the latest. In my case it got delivered within 24 hours of me even ordering it. But with the long weekend, it will most likely be Tuesday for you. You can activate it any time before midnight and still get the stabilization price.

The exact algorithm is kept secret to ensure people don't game the system. But as long as you keep participating in the community, your levels will (eventually) go up.
