What coverage did you take with your plan? If you choose Canada wide you shouldn't have any issues, maybe try manually searching for an operator in your settings? You have roaming enabled, you probably do need it enabled, but you never know.

Is your line still active? It could be a BUG if everything is still working. Remember Fizz is in Beta and there might be some bugs here and there. If you go to your account and click on the notification icon, check to see if there are any notification about your port status. I've read somewhere else that you can try and resubmit the port if you received a notification telling you why the port didn't successfully go through. I hope it helps....

Hey Ken, 15 minutes from Koodo Postpaid. Did you receive any notifications i.e. emails or SMS that there was an issue with your port? - or did you receive a message stating that your Fizz plan is alive? Also what info did you use to port? IMEI or account number?

Depending on what the submodel is, and even if it's compatible your only getting 3g speeds. You can also use willmyphonework.net and choose Videotron as a carrier to see if your handset is compatible.

Where are you located? Can be a coverage issue? Also - Have you also enabled cellular data roaming under settings -> cellular -> cellular data options? That may be worth a try as well.
