How about an explanation about how these outages occur? Not sure you can justify ending intro pricing/beta when things like this happen too frequently (not to mention the other lingering issues--2FA, missing SMS, etc)

I think I experience this sometimes (outside today's outage). Most contacts are through iMessage, but the few SMS users, it's annoying not knowing if my texts aren't sending.

Mine only took 15 minutes from activation but I was on Videotron so that's maybe why. It can take a while though depending on several factors.

Do you mean the fees associated with a contract plan? There wouldn't be any way to be compensated for that. If you're just cancelling a month-to-month plan, I was under the impression that providers just charge you the prorated amount left on the current billing period?

I was waiting to activate my SIMs shortly before the 19th to see if the network stabilized after that reported outage recently. This is not a good sign.
