You're talking about the credit cards in your "Payment methods" right? If so, you can just delete the old one(s) and add a new one.

Okay wait... so it may or may not be possible. Someone I know lives in Laval and they did get their Sim in one day. So it's possible for your friend to get theirs tomorrow, if ordered today. Yikes! You should definitely contact customer support. It's understandable that you'd feel uncomfortable paying for another one so try contacting Fizz first. I didn't encounter that kind of problem when I ordered my sim so I can't really help much. Sorry :(

I don't think you can use different fonts but you can definitely change the text size and use "Bold" "Italic" "Underline". To do that you just need to choose HTML instead of Plain Text where it says Format. To change the text size go to Paragraph and select one of the Headings. Also you can just copy text from somewhere…

I guess not, seeing how others are having so many issues. But I personally didn't have much problem with Fizz. So I'm quite happy with the service and price I'm getting.
