@Chris, the problem is there's been no improvement since day 1 of beta, things have only gotten worse. There's no way there will be any improvement in 9 days. . As for Public Mobile, they were awful because they started from the ground up, building out their own network. They eventually got bought out by Telus and were…

It's more likely than Fizz just doesn't have a spam filter in place (yet), whereas your previous carrier did. You probably always got the same amount of spam, but most didn't make it to you.
-
I don't think there was ever any carbon dioxide to begin with!
-
If they're that concerned about referral codes, they should have put a cap on it. Or limit it to $25 per billing cycle, that way I'd have to stick around 100 months for me to use them all up (which I would be fine with)!
-
@Shawn, I wouldn't shut down the Reddit page on my account. That would be selfish. I gave Fizz 10 days to fix my account and played nice during that time, but I'm done with that. I'm speaking out now.
-
I'm sure it will get deleted soon enough. Can't delete it from Reddit though, and I'll be sure to let everyone know if it does get deleted. ;)

Any 2FA that comes from a shortcode number will not work. The same goes for ANY text from a shortcode number.
-
Fizz should never have left beta. There's been absolutely no improvement from day 1 to now. In fact things have gotten worse! They should stop taking on new customers immediately and hire more people to fix everything. I've had no service AT ALL for 10 days now.

I listed them all and how to get them here: https://www.reddit.com/r/FizzMobile/comments/a1ocgc/what_badges_have_you_got_and_how_did_you_get_them/
-
I have 9 badges + 1 community badge.
-
It's a Friday tradition!
-
I've used the mobile hotspot on my phone many times with any issues.
-
Yes, but your phone drops down to 3G when you're on a call so it will be slower.
-
I have referrals that are over 2 months old at this point and still show up as pending.
-
It could be because I'm a beta tester. New subscribers get 250 MB to start and then 500 MB at level 2, but beta testers only got 100 MB to start and 200 MB at level 2. This level 4 upgrade might just be a duplicate of the level 2 upgrade, so MAYBE it's 500 MB for new subscribers. (Not fair to beta testers by the way,…
-
Here's a screenshot showing that the last upgrade I unlocked is 200 MB.
-
After giving kudos to a bunch of people, I did it! All I got was a measly 200 MB upgrade. Lame.
-
Same here. Ordered 1 card once and 2 cards another time and always got them the next business day.
-
Pierre, that message looks awfully familiar! ;)
-
No problem! Don't expect a quick answer though, it might take a few days before you hear back.
-
The conflicting information is pretty bad. It's also pretty bad to upset long-term customers by ripping away their upgrades after two years, unless they get better upgrades by then.
-
There are contact forms if you log on to your account, under "My profile"
-
Actually I could probably see it. I can see my last upgrade (voicemail) from the overview page. 296 more to go!

You can order 5 SIMs from your account, yes. You can also set them all up in your account and add them as users or set them all up as separate accounts. It's up to you. You set whatever plan you want for each individual SIM card.
-
I just need 383 more points! Although I won't be able to see what I get out of it since my account is screwed up (Fizz unsubscribed me). I can't see my rewards/perks, only points.
-
Interesting... Although it's possible some people misunderstood the question or think that their service not working constitutes an "unsubscribe" :P
-
Emre, I don't think a prepaid card would work since everyone has different plans... Unless we can start paying our bills using the money in our "wallet."
-
I usually get between 50-70 Mbps in Ottawa. I've seen some as high as 130 Mbps on Reddit.
-
That's because Fizz hacks SMS to pieces like we're in the early 2000s and your phone doesn't know which is first.
