It should be pretty simple to remove voicemail by modifying your plan, if that does not work contact support.

Contact fizz support. They will open a ticket and fix it for you.

Contact fizz support and file a complaint with Fizz, they should not charge you to fix their own problems. Home internet is new so im sure there are bugs

There is no contract. Cancel when you want. Don't cancel if you want to transfer your number to another provider.
