Does FIZZ shop restock restored phones listed as currently unavailable?

The model I want lists (in shop) option with more memory but trying to select it returns "currently unavailable", try later - is there hope in waiting? Any way to anticipate upcoming availability?

    Thank you for your interest in our pre-loved devices.
    The availability of specific models depends on the stock of devices that are returned to us, which means our inventory can change frequently. As a result, a device that is currently marked as unavailable may become available again in the future.
    Additionally, due to the dynamic nature of pre-loved device stock, a phone that appears as available while browsing may become unavailable during the purchase process if it has been purchased by another customer in the meantime.
    We recommend checking the shop regularly, as newly returned devices are added to our inventory as they become available.
