Goodbye fizz

I've just come here to say that I'm tired of fizz. I've been a fizz user ever since they launched. The price was amazing for what it was. Every year, I've had to contact fizz because my calls get disconnected after a few minutes. I wish it was juste me, but everyone I know that's with fizz and make a lot of phone calls have experienced the same thing. I've finally switched to bell. With fizz I had 50gb a month Canada USA for 36$ a month of lte speed. If I'm on a phone call, I can't browse the web so calling the wife at the grocery store and trying to check something online is out of the question. Bell offered me 75gb of 5g+ Canada USA for 40$ a month. With fizz, I've had a ticket opened for about 3 months trying to solve a problem of me not being able to make 3 way calls. One day, I decided to check where the ticket was, they just decided to close it. Fizz my have OKish mobile plans but the network is barely keeping up with the rest of the market. Service is OK at best. I'm really sad to have to leave fizz but I just can do this anymore to save 3-4$ a month for sub par service and technology.

    Personally my experience with Fizz has been excellent. Fast data, crystal clear calls with no disconnection issues.

    May be due to your location.

    That being said an online only provider is not for everyone.

    I'm in the greater area of montreal, and I have many of my friends also leaving fizz fot the exact same reason. The prices at fizz are MEH at best. I actually managed to find an even cheaper plan with rogers. 35$ for 100GB of 5g speed. No more disconnecting issues every 2 minutes, No more not being able to 3 way call. No more chatting for 1h to solve a simple issue like changing my plan because the website does'nt let me. Glad to see that at least someone here is having a good experience with fizz
