What do I do if it’s been over 3 hours since my account has been reactivated and I still don’t have

Would someone at fizz be able to check what has happened? I have reset modem a few times but still there is no internet.

    You can restard your modem like Fizzy said. If your account say its active its should work. If not contact the support team. Have a nice day :)

    Hi Runa,

    Other users had similar problems in the past and both ultimately HAD to rely to chat with Fizz support. Could depend on why you got deactivated in the first place.

    So do not wait, start a conversation right away so tickets on their side can be created/updated.
