How to I cancel my plan?

I can't seem to get the chat bot to work, it doesn't show anything when clicked on. There's no email address to email... no phone number...


  • You can go in your profile->Manage Plan and unsubscribe.

    Yes, home internet. I made an appointment for next week, but have gone with another provider. However, I've still been charged, even though i've cancelled my appointment for the router delivery.

    Okay, try to access the chatbot via incognito mode or in a different browser. The site is a bit buggy.

    Have you managed to achieve it ? You sre supposed to have the ability to do it by yourself on your account page.
