Count hacked, blocked, money withdrawn for no reason

Fizz withdrawed 2 payments on my account for no reason. Fizz blocked my account without any explanation. I received many e-mails from Fizz but Fizz support told me in a chat that they did not send any e-mail. So maybe my account was highjacked. It is almost impossible to communicate with Fizz because my keyboard does not work well with Fizz chat and I do not have any other means to talk to Fizz. It is a complete nightmare to try to contact Fizz even for very simple problem
