How do we cancel internet order the delivery of the router?

We were misled by a promotional email offering 200 mbps unlimited internet for $42.00 per month.
After processing order I find that the $42.00 was for 15 mbps and not 200 mbps.
Please cancel this order and cancel the delivery of the unit scheduled for delivery on Thursday, January 21, 2021.

You must do it your self
To reschedule your technician appointment:
1- Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
2- Click on Appointments.
3- Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
4- Scroll to the appointment you wish to modify.
5- click on Cancel.
6- On the next screen, confirm that you wish to cancel this appointment by clicking Cancel again.

After you canceled the appointment you can contact Fizz support by chat, in order to accelerate the refund process
