As Mike suggests, once your appointment has been made, you can contact Fizz support to inform them that the installer may have need more time to complete your appointment as new wiring will be required.
On the installation date, the technician will bring the Fizz modem and hook up the cabling into your home. You can consult the overall Fizz guide here:
