Visa payment is not working?

I try to pay for services and it tells me that this payment method is denied! Have tried with 2 different visa cards and one Mastercard, same thing. What am i doing wrong?

    Only to be sure these are the rules they must be canadian credit cards!

    You can use a Visa or MasterCard credit card to pay for your Fizz plans.
    - including Visa or MasterCard prepaid cards which accept recurring payments
    - Including also Debit MasterCard or Visa Debit card
    .
    Other cards such as debit cards, American Express (Amex), Dinners, and others are not accepted.
    Foreign credit/debit cards are also not accepted.
    You also cannot use the funds from your Fizz Wallet to pay for your monthly plan.

    Yesterday I update my payment method and I did not have any problem, did you check with your financial institution or with the Fizz customer service?

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    We're sincerely sorry to hear this. Kindly make sure that the payment method is one accepted by our system, as Mike mentioned as well. It's also very important to make sure that the billing address you add on our website is a 100% match with what's declared at the bank for this card.
