No contact?

I've been a customer of fizz for nearly 1 1/2 years with no issues.
Now that i have an issue, i understand those that get frustrated.
It is really frustrating NOT being able to talk verbally with a human to solve this simple issue but have to wait hours for someone to reply on Twitter or other method and then it's back and forth over a few hours.
Problem still not solved
