Hi, I had an install appointment and no one show up

I had an appointment for today from 5 to 9 no one showed up or called, I was stuck at home because of that, and paying extra for another provider, what do I do and to who can I talk to? Thanks

    Unfortunately, it happens for many reasons that the technician didnt show up to your appointment.
    and you you will be obliged to fix today online in your account another appointment with a technician for your installation.

    You can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

    1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-address
    3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    Hi again Matan,
    You may contact them every day, including weekends between 8AM to 9 PM. How to do it, see here: https://community.fizz.ca/questions/2250261-contact-fizz-chat-bubble-doesn-t-come .
    Also, is better to disable your pop-up or add blocker (sometimes they block the chat bubble).
    Personnaly I use https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do , scroll down and after few seconds (to me) always the chat bubble appears down in the right side - but only in working time 8 to 21h.
