How I could rush an appointment for the modem installation?(you know teletravail)

How I could rush an appointment for the modem installation?(you know teletravail) We will move on Saturday and my appointment it will be the next friday..but working from home this could be a serious problem.

    You need to connect each day into your Fizz internet account and check if there is a cancellation and reschedule a new appointment.
