You simply need an email or a phone number to do a data transfer. You probably already have some private messages of people asking you with the right information

People have to send you a private message with their phone number. You'll get that message as an email to your email with which you've created your account. After that it's simply a matter of going to your account, see usage and gift data. It will ask you to enter the coordinates of the person you want to gift too and voila!
