Technician didn't show up?
My appointmet was today, but technician did not show up. What should I do?

You must wait tomorrow and reschedule a new appointment
To reschedule your technician appointment:
1- Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
2- Click on Appointments.
3- Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
4- Scroll to the appointment you wish to modify.
5- click on Reschedule.
This will open the booking interface. Select a new day and time slot and click Save.
6- confirm that you wish to cancel this appointment by clicking Cancel again.
You can also contact the support to let them know your disappointment
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link:
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Sorry to hear this, You should, automatically, receive an email to reschedule.
Very disappointing when you need your internet going and it fails, follow mike's guide to reschedule another appointment.

Unfortunately, like Mike told you,
You must reschedule online into your account an appointment for the technician after 20 hours of your previous appointment:
First, log in to your account.
Click on: My plan (internet)
Click on: Manage my plan
Click on: Appointment
Click on: Re-schedule
Choose a new date and hour of your choice
Click on: Save
I hope that appointment will get you soon the Fizz internet service you deserved.

- On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
