Why is my phone not working?

I had to change my payment method I didn't see the email until today I changed my payment method but my phone is still not working

You may have to make a manual payment to reactivate your service.
Look for the Make my monthly payment button in your account. This will trigger a payment attempt, and your service will be reactivated once the payment is confirmed.
Once your payment has been received and confirmed by Fizz (please allow a delay of up to two hours), your plan will be reactivated. You may also restart your phone.

Hi Sarah, have you been able to make your payment? Is your line reactivated? If not then you should contact Fizz and have them fix it.

I have verified your account and saw that indeed the payment for your mobile plan failed.
I kindly inform you that I have created a ticket for the situation, in order for you to be able to pay for your plan as the button to make the payment manually is not visible.
